Pricing & Estimates

Electrical pricing depends on several factors, including the complexity of the job, materials required, existing electrical systems, and site conditions. Because every project is different, accurate pricing is provided after reviewing your specific needs.

Estimates are provided based on the type and scope of work. For detailed or complex projects, a site visit may be required to ensure accuracy and safety.

General guidance can be discussed, but firm quotes typically require more information or a site visit to ensure the estimate is accurate and code-compliant.

It is important to note that we have several different types of aerial work platforms so handle most overhead projects.  This is important because if you require overhead service, maybe in an emergency situation, there is a good chance we have the equipment and we do not have to rent it and pass the rental cost on to the customer.

Emergency & Safety

Yes.  We are available for emergency service, including industrial and critical electrical issues.

If you experience sparking, a burning smell, smoke, exposed wires, or loss of power affecting critical systems, treat it as a serious electrical hazard.

If it is safe to do so, turn off power at the main breaker and keep a safe distance from the affected area.

If there is any immediate danger to people or property — including fire risk — call 911 right away. Once the situation is safe, contact a licensed electrician to inspect and repair the issue properly.

Yes. Electrical work can be hazardous and must meet strict safety codes. It’s always recommended to hire a licensed professional.

Response time depends on location and workload, but emergency situations are prioritized.

In many cases, you do not need to be present for the work to be completed. For example, services such as GenerLink™ installation can often be performed directly at the meter without requiring access to your home.

For other types of work, access to the electrical panel, interior spaces, or specific equipment may be required. In those cases, we will clearly communicate access requirements ahead of time so there are no surprises.

Our team always respects your property and ensures all work is completed safely, securely, and professionally.

General guidance can be discussed, but firm quotes typically require more information or a site visit to ensure the estimate is accurate and code-compliant.
